The Great Escape is a production showcasing the true life stories of three young people from our communities. Having toured throughout the North Island, we are very excited to bring this production to Papakura!

The Great Escape is about youth suicide and the struggles and pressures that youth today experience. It was created out of a burden to bring hope and light to what is an increasingly dark time in NZ history. We have a very real problem in this generation where statistically every 67 hours a young person takes their life across New Zealand. It’s time to talk.

You will experience an uplifting performance that is sure to make you laugh, cry, and leave encouraged, as it highlights hope and freedom.

Written, directed and performed by local talent. The Great Escape is not a production to be missed!

Darren escaped from a life of loneliness, worthlessness and discouragement. Gods love shined through the darkness for Darren, and this love is available for you to escape the curse and penalty of sin too. Find freedom, forgiveness and a future in Jesus Christ today!!
